3. A deposit of $100 is required per order. We will send you a Paypal invoice for the deposit.
4. Payment of balance is due when the painting is completed to your satisfaction.

- Our skilled artists will start to paint your photo within 24 hours when your order is received. Most will be done within 20-25 days.
- We will email you a photo of the painted portrait for your inspection. If you are not satisfied with it, we will make adjustments until you are satisfied.
- We will ship in 7-10 days, after the painting is completely dry. Please pay the balance then.
